Gluten Free White Cornbread Muffins with Orange Zest

White Corn Muffins with Orange Zest

  • 1 cup White Corn Flour
  • 1 cup White Cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Grated Orange Peel

Mix it all together and divide out into Greased Muffin Tins

Bake @400 for 15-18 min muffins should spring back to touch.
