For lunch today, I had a simple sammie on whole wheat: hummus, olive tapenade, white onion, and lots of spinach. With some cucumber, carrots, and small pickles on the side.
The hummus is TJ’s roasted garlic flavor. It is scrumptious. Highly recommended!
I guess I’m having a very spinach-filled day- lots of iron! Lunch was light today, but exactly what I was in the mood for. I’m saving room for tonight’s dinner out…
